Experience Required: At least 5 years’ experience in Solar O&M, both ground-mounted & rooftop, experience managing team of engineers & technicians

Responsibilities: The main responsibilities shall be as follows
- Manage O&M team for Solar Farm & Solar Rooftop
- Manage a portfolio of solar rooftop projects, ensuring that all O&M works are undertaken in accordance with the contractual scope, efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure works are organised to maximise performance and safe operation of the solar rooftop projects.
- Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans.
- Scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
